This document has been prepared with the objective of contributing to the improvement of the process of designing, planning and managing rural poverty reduction programmes, through the formulation of a methodology for the establishment of a monitoring and evaluation system and the mobilization of donors for the implementation of this system in the agricultural and rural sector.
