Decree 100/22 concerns the measures to implement the Environmental Code in relation to the procedure for conducting an environmental impact study in Burundi. The purpose of this decree is to determine the conditions and procedures for implementing the environmental impact study procedure as set out in chapter 3 of title II of Law No. 1/010 of 30 June 2000 on the Environmental Code of the Republic of Burundi.
