The RIFFEAC is a group of twenty-three training institutions in the Central African subregion, which aims to develop the skills and structures necessary for the joint and sustainable management of environmental and forest resources. Created in Libreville, Gabon, in 2001, RIFFEAC became in 2006 the partner of the Central African Forests Commission (COMIFAC) for the implementation of strategic axis No. 7 of its Convergence Plan “Capacity building, stakeholder participation, information and training” in 2006.
