The Minister of the Environment, Agriculture and Livestock has jointly signed an ordinance with the Minister of the Interior and Patriotic Education which establishes Thursday of each week as a national day devoted to the protection of the environment.

Protection works are therefore planned in order to make the environment viable for the well-being of populations and sustainable development.
