The revised Forest Code and the Protected Areas Act are laws that regulate the protection and use of forest products to improve the living conditions of populations in general and local residents in particular. However, it must be noted that resources are abused despite the existence of authorized technical services. This guide is therefore developed to make these services aware of how to properly apply these laws for the conservation of forest products and sustainable development.
