As part of the CHM-OBPE project, the OBPE through the “Program of Research, Information Exchange, Information Exchange, Awareness and Conservation of Biodiversity in Burundi” under the funding of the IRSNB has the mission to conduct research on the taxonomy of pollinators. In this context, research on the pollinators of Mount Heha was carried out by a Master student from the University of Burundi, Faculty of Sciences, Department of Biology, Mr. NDIKUMANA Don Samuel.

Thus, a descent was carried out by an OBPE executive, Mr. Ndayikeza Longin to supervise the pollinator inventory in MUKIKE municipalities in the BUJUMBURA Province and MUGAMBA in the BURURI Province on 17 and 22 March 2021.
