This book is intended for technicians, engineers, trainers and associative managers involved in rural development in French-speaking developing countries. It is in line with the priority guidelines of the General Directorate for International Cooperation and Development of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in favor of strengthening the skills of rural development actors, as well as the production and dissemination of information documents and decision-making tools.
