The association “Conservation and Community of Change” (3C) in collaboration with the Burundian Office for Environmental Protection (OBPE) delivered 809 pipes worth fourteen million three hundred thousand Burundian francs (14,300,000frbu) to the municipality Nyanza-Lac. These pipes will be used to supply drinking water to the hills bordering the protected landscapes of Makamba. The ceremonies for the delivery of these tips were attended by the Legal Advisor to the Governor of Makamba, the Administrator of the Nyanza-lac commune, the Director of Forests at the OBPE and the Legal Representative of 3C.
