As part of the Biological Diversity Information Exchange Center, the OBPE, through the Research Program, information exchange, awareness-raising and conservation of biodiversity in Burundi, under the funding of the IRSNB, has the mission of strengthening the Herbarium in accordance with International standards. The activities organized in the Herbarium for this month of April include the labeling and encoding of the herbarium of the OBPE Herbarium, the classification of samples according to families and in alphabetical order and the verification of the entries of plant species.
