On 22 June 2018, the third meeting of Interinstitutional Focal Points (PFIs) was held in the premises of the Water Directorate of the Ministry of the Environment, Agriculture and Livestock. The purpose of this quarterly meeting was to intensively post information on the website of the Information Exchange Center of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CHM-Burundians). The PFIs of OBPE, APRN/BEPB (Association Protection des Ressources Naturelles pour le Bien-Etre de la Population Burundaise), the Directorate for the Promotion of Fishery Industries (DPFH), the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism took part in this meeting. |

As soon as they arrived, the PFIs started immediately posting biodiversity information related to activities carried out in their respective institutions. A total of 39 pieces of information including 4 web pages, 13 news items, 13 news items, 1 directory, 6 links and 15 files were posted. The meeting was closed by the CHM-Burundi Management Assistant thanking the participants both for their participation and for the information posted during this meeting. |
