On May 08, 2024, an awareness-raising session was held in the KING'S CONFERENCE CENTER room for researchers, OBPE officials and agents, border managers on the Nagoya Protocol and the CITES Convention. This session was organized as part of the program of research, information exchange, awareness-raising and conservation of biodiversity in Burundi established through the Partnership between the Burundian Office for Environmental Protection (OBPE) and the Royal Institute of Natural Sciences of Belgium (IRSNB) under the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD).
