The present study is a contribution to the implementation of the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (SNPAB) in its objectives 1 and 7. The data in this work are basic indicators for monitoring the trend of the species Pterocarpus tinctorius and Pericopsis angolensis in Burundi. The exploitation of these data and the recommendations issued are basic elements to inform decision-making for their conservation. They constitute a reference for following their evolutionary trend (progressive or regressive).
