The implementation of the National Strategy and its Action Plan on Biological Diversity (SNPA-DB) is in line with the guidelines of the Millennium Goals in the fight against poverty and the protection of the environment for present and future generations. The present study consists in making a critical analysis of the mechanisms of horizontal coordination between the various actors involved in the field of biodiversity as well as the emergence and functioning of associations, NGOs and others in order to contribute to the conservation and equitable sharing resulting from the conservation of biodiversity.
