2016 Jun 23Decree No. 100/129 of 23 June 2016 laying down procedures for the application of the provisions of Chapter 3: “Certified land rights”, of Law No. 1/13 of 9 August 2011 on the revision of the land code in Burundi”.
The purpose of this decree is to regulate the operation of the communal land service and the procedures and procedures for drawing up land certificates. It revises the Decree on the Creation, Missions, Composition, Organization and Operation of the National Land Commission and its Permanent Secretariat.
