This document provides an overview of current knowledge and public awareness on the risks associated with climate change1 and on possible adaptation measures in Burundi. The analysis is part of the mission to support the Government of Burundi and the Project “Adaptation to climate change for the protection of water and soil resources (ACCES)” aimed at developing a communication strategy on climate change and early warning, commissioned by the ACCES Project.
