Since 2012, the Burundian Office for Environmental Protection (OBPE), under the funding of the Royal Institute of Natural Sciences of Belgium (IRSCnb), has undertaken activities in order to establish a system for monitoring the dynamics of habitats in protected areas in Burundi. This document summarizes the results of a study carried out at the Rusizi National Park in the Delta sector.
