This law No. 1/11 of May 08, 2020 regulating the exercise of medicinal products for human use, in article 203, medicinal plants listed in traditional pharmacopoeias recognized by the State are reserved for the use of traditional practitioners and may be retained for the purpose of their sale and distribution.
