The Master Plan is a tool intended to help the Government to have an overall view of the current situation of swamps in Burundi in order to take the necessary measures that ensure the best management of its land assets on the one hand, and to have a simple and practical tool to be used by communal rural engineering technicians to guide them in their activities in the field of marshes on the other hand.
