- the fluidity of existing meteorological information from producers (IGEBUMEEATU) to users who are the National Platform for the Prevention and Management of Risks and Disasters (PNPGRC), the Media, sectoral ministries, sectoral ministries, civil society organizations and populations;
- the system of awareness-raising and awareness-raising among the general public, political decision-makers, political decision-makers, elected officials, centralized and decentralized public administrations, local authorities, civil society organizations and populations on climate change;
- the system for monitoring and intersectoral coordination on climate change with particular emphasis on awareness-raising, awareness-raising and early warning and the implementation of climate change adaptation measures;
- strengthening the operational capacities of the National Platform on Risk and Disaster Prevention and Management (PNPGRC) and its local branches;
