In order to improve the management of PAs and to achieve conservation goals, it is necessary that a National Conservation Strategy be put in place to solve the problems associated with their
management. This strategy can represent a long-term political vision for the sustainable management of PAs and its development consists of a participatory approach with the involvement of all actors. This strategy is therefore a tool for advocacy and for mobilizing the funding necessary for the implementation of SAPB conservation actions and will remain valid for a period of ten years (2022—2032).
