The objectives of this study are (i) to identify all the potential environmental risks in terms of the interventions envisaged under the Project and relating to the use of plant protection products; (ii) to propose a management plan for pests and pesticides and other phytosanitary products; (iii) to define the institutional arrangements for monitoring and surveillance to be taken before, during and after the implementation of the Project and the implementation of activities to eliminate the activities to or mitigate environmental impacts and social.
