On 15 to 23 April 2024, a survey of habitat dynamics was organized for the fourth fiscal year 2023-2024 in the Kibira, Rusizi and Ruvubu National Parks. The objective of the descent was to identify possible changes in the habitats on the quadrants of the ecological trails pre-established in the Kibira, Rusizi and Ruvubu National Parks; to create herbariums of newly developed species on the sites or not identified for their conservation in the herbarium and for their subsequent determination; to identify the potential threats of these protected areas and to constitute a database on the evolution of ecosystem states over the years
