In order to make use of all research activities on biodiversity, it is
therefore useful to set up an appropriate framework so that all actors can participate in the
implementation of the SNPAB. Thus, the Strategic Biodiversity Research Plan (PSRB) is here
designed at the same time as a tool, an orientation guide and a concerted framework for research actors.
This plan is built to such an extent that it contributes to the implementation of the national objectives of the
SNPAB drawn up on the basis of the Aichi Targets. And in its conception, it is a
strategic plan based on SNPAB that it intends to operationalize.
