The municipality of Kigamba has responded well to environmental protection activities. In addition to transplanted tree seedlings, awareness-raising on the fight against bush fires orchestrated, firebreaks were drawn up. For the multiplication of tree seedlings, nurseries have been set up in almost all the areas that make up this municipality.
