On January 26 to 27, 2022, a training session for Customs Declarants on the identification and trade of substances regulated by the Montreal Protocol on Substances Depleting the Ozone Layer (ODS) is being held in the meeting room of the HOTEL PALAIS DE NAZARETH located in Kobero in the province of Muyinga, a training session for Customs Declarants on the identification and trade of substances regulated by the Montreal Protocol on Substances Depleting the Ozone Layer (ODS). The objective of this training is to:

- Capacity building for customs officials and declarants on the identification of ODS and their alternatives

- Have information on national and international trade regulations and their alternatives

- Safety measures related to the handling, transport and storage of certain flammable and toxic natural alternatives
