The Burundian Office for Environmental Protection welcomed this Monday, September 27, 2021, Mr. Pierre Bardoux-Chesneau, Senior Portfolio Manager -UN Multi Partner Truest Fund Office (MPTF) to discuss an innovative concept of the United Nations Peacebuilding Fund based on the theory of change based on the theory of change that aims to ensure a lasting impact on peace and conservation in Burundi and in the region through sequencing that facilitates an agreement of co-management between the OBPE and a private public utility foundation dedicated to the protection of Kibira and to establish a Kibira SPE to mobilize private and income-generated capital to share benefits with communities.
