On the eleventh day of August twenty-three, a workshop was held to set up the
Communal Complaints Management Committee (CCGR) as part of the Project to Support the Improvement of the Management
Effectiveness of the Northern Protected Aquatic Landscape and
Community Development Initiatives (PAAPID). In this session, the Representative of the CEO of OBPE, the Administrator of the municipality Kirundo,
the Administrator of the municipality Kirundo, the OBPE branch manager in Kirundo, the police commissioner, the judge of
the municipal residence court, the curator and manager of Lake Rwihinda, the curator and
manager of Lake Rwihinda, the chiefs of the hills overlooking Lake Rwihinga, the members of the support
committees for the management of Lake Rwihinda were present, members of CNGR, religious leaders and representatives of civil society.
