The Burundian Office for Environmental Protection (OBPE), as part of its “Research Program, Information Exchange, Awareness and Conservation of Biodiversity in Burundi”, has entrusted the conduct of a study on “The socio-economic importance of Pterocarpus tinctorius, case of the Kumoso natural region in Burundi” to Prof. Jacques NKENGURUTSE and Mr. Fabrice NZOYIKORERA, researchers from the University of Burundi. The study is carried out as part of the collection of data from the memory of Mr. Fabrice NZOYIKORERA, a Master's student in Sciences and Integrated Environmental Management.
