TBA places people at the heart of conservation by providing them with the skills and support they need to be effective on the ground.

TBA training enables scientists, project managers, and educators working in the tropics to manage and safeguard biodiversity for the long term.

This is what she calls conservation capacity building. Their approach is unique because it provides all of the following for everyone we train:

• Customized, relevant and practical training;
• Learner-centered teaching provided by local and international specialists;
• Follow-up support to ensure that new skills are applied;
• Active networks for continuous collaboration and exchange of best practices.
